Sound Agriculture needed to modernize its buying experience by moving key B2B commerce workflows into a digital self-service environment. As a US-based agriculture business selling crop nutrients, crop protection products, seeds, and professional agriculture products, the company needed a reliable platform that could support dealers and growers with faster access to ordering and account information.

The existing process depended heavily on Sales Cloud technical debt, legacy managed pages, and partially implemented features. Customer orders were also being manually processed in Sound Agriculture’s ERP, creating operational inefficiencies, delays, and additional workload for internal teams.

Our approach began with a detailed implementation plan for Order Management System and B2B Commerce Cloud. The Salesforce environment was reviewed and cleaned up to remove technical debt, improve platform stability, and create a better foundation for commerce workflows.

A fully branded, self-service B2B commerce-based dealer portal was then delivered for Sound Agriculture’s customers. The portal allowed users to access current and past orders, invoices, and key account information without depending on manual support from internal teams.

The solution was structured to improve the buying experience, automate fulfillment workflows, and enable Sound Agriculture’s sales team to focus more on larger opportunities instead of routine order processing tasks.
