We developed a custom event management and booking platform for Skechers India’s GoRun initiative, designed to support running events, marathon registrations, participant management, payments, and nationwide community engagement.
The platform was built to give Skechers India a centralized digital system where their internal team could create events, manage registrations, track participation, process payments, and scale campaigns across multiple cities without depending on manual workflows.
The solution combined a custom Laravel-based CMS, secure payment gateway integration, AWS hosting infrastructure, and enterprise-level ARB documentation to ensure performance, scalability, and long-term maintainability.

Skechers India required a reliable and scalable platform to manage its GoRun event series across multiple cities. The goal was to replace fragmented manual processes with a centralized system that could handle event creation, participant registrations, capacity limits, online payments, and operational reporting from one place.
Our process began with understanding the complete event lifecycle — from announcing a run, opening registrations, accepting payments, managing participants, handling waitlists, and supporting post-event communication. Based on this, we structured the platform around a custom CMS that allowed the Skechers team to manage events independently while maintaining brand consistency and operational control.
The development was carried out using Laravel for a secure and flexible backend architecture. AWS infrastructure was configured to support traffic spikes during event launches, while the payment system was integrated to support smooth online transactions across India’s common payment methods. We also created detailed ARB documentation covering system architecture, data flow, security protocols, and hosting structure to support enterprise-level approvals and future scalability.
The Skechers GoRun platform was successfully launched as a centralized event management solution for running events and fitness activities across India. The custom CMS helped the internal team create, manage, and promote events without technical dependency, reducing event setup time and improving operational efficiency.
The booking system streamlined participant registrations with real-time availability, automated confirmations, and secure payment processing. AWS hosting ensured stable performance during traffic-heavy campaign launches, while ARB documentation gave the project a structured technical foundation for approvals, maintenance, and future enhancements.
